Token unlock
A token unlock is a scheduled or observed increase in tokens that can enter circulation.
NoShills currently reports unlocks only when a verified public schedule exists. Missing unlock data is not treated as zero unlocks.
Limitation: No verified future unlock schedule is inferred from FDV alone.
